Question
Well, when I was 14-15 yrs old I got ran over by a deer. Not in a car, but on my bike. I've been going to LMT's for a little while and most of my pain is in my spine. On a 1-10 scale my pelvis is a 10. My posterior ribs is about a 7 and my head/neck is about a 5. I've had pain radiating into all my limbs and throughout my entire body. Most of time the pain is achy, or tingling, and I do have some inflammation.
I haven't gone to a doctor, although I should. But, I'm just not sure what to do. I'm active, I stretch, hike, workout, etc.  Am I going to live with this my whole life?

Answer
I am sorry to hear to about your accident. It sounds like you should be seeking medical treatment. If you haven't had x-rays I suggest you get them done sooner than later. You sound like you do need rehabilitative therapy, whether from a physiotherapist or chiropractor. You should not be in this much pain if your accident was so long ago. Yes, continue to be active, that will help you in the long run, however you want to ensure you are doing the right stretches and activities. I can't tell you what specifically to do, since I have not examined you myself, but do get some medical attention as soon as you can, to prevent any further chronic pain.
