Question
I have a Annular tears in my spain ,I have been getting shot's for months now I shave serious lower back and legg pain what do you think they will solve the problem now since they know what the results are ?They did a MRI discogram so now they sending me to a surgeon ,now I'm scare ,any answers?

What kind of shots are you receiving? Do you have numbness into the leg or legs? Any changes in bowel/bladder functioning? These are important questions to ask before determining if surgery is your only option. I want to ensure you are not suffering from cauda equina syndrome, in which there is damage to the spinal cord. If so, then surgery is necessary as this is a serious condition.

If not, I would advise that you consult with a chiropractor or physiotherapist to determine in conservative treatment is an option for you.
