Question
What's the best way to treat a lumbar and cervical neck compression?

Answer
One of the best ways currently is decompression therapy.  It should counteract the compression in the spine, depending on a few factors.  An in home solution is an inversion table.  These can be overdone and cause more problems, so it is best to have an assessment before any treatment
