Chiropractors/C4 rotation

Question
Hi I have a c4 injury, it is rotated to just before it would break, my chiropractor who found it was quite surprised I am walking, yet alone alive, for it is a severe rotation.  My question is: because the nerves and veins are also twisted at this site, would it be causing my bowel to be slow, my breathing to be shallow and other things that could be related to paralysis, and could it be manipulated back into position?  I am in chronic pain from this anyway, and it's been 20 years, we just found the evidence of the injury a year ago

Answer
Sheila,

Your Chiro has found this problem over a year ago but he or she has not been able to correct it?
Has your chiro been working at or above this area?
Have they taken updated films to measure and see if it is improving?
Have you noticed any changes in your symptoms?
