Question
I am 29 years old, and last night I woke up with a numbness in the left hand I also feel numbness in my thumb and three fingers. Is it serious, what should I do?

Hi Haroon,

It sounds like the radial nerve is getting pinched, if the symptoms persist, get it checked out by a doctor. Many times, sleeping position, inflammation from over use and occasional anatomy variations can predispose a person to this. If this is temporary and doesn't recur, I wouldn't do anything, if intensity, frequency and/or duration of these symptoms continue, have it looked at.
