Question
i HAVE 3 NARROWING CERVICAL DISCS,BONE SPURS
AND NARROWING OF THE SPINAL CANAL.
ALSO IN THE LUMBAR AREA HAVE A TEAR.
ALSO HAVE ACHILLE TENDONITIS.
WILL PHYSICAL THERAPY HELP ME AT ALL .
I HAVE A LOT OF DISCOMFORT IN MY NECK,ARMS
AND LOWER BACK.ALSO MY LEGS AND ANKLES ACHE
ALL THE TIME AND IT FEELS LIKE A TOOTHACE.
IT;S CONSTANT AND CAN NOT GET COMFORTABLE AT NIGHT.
DOES PHYSICAL THERAPY JUST FOR ME TO LEARN DIFFERENT EXERCISES.

Hello Debbie,


 You may want to try massage/deep tissue work to help break up the adhesions in the musculature.  Physical therapy does help.  With your condition you may want to try Physicians Neck and Back Clinic, you can probably see online if one is close to you.  They have specific equipement for strengthening the spine....many of my patients have been through their program with great results.
