WHAT ARE SYMPTOMS OF L1-L2 DISC HERNIATION. HAVE HAD BACK SURGERY ON L5-S1.  HAVE A L1-L2 DISC HERNIATION WITH SECONDARY BORDERLINE ACQUIRED LUMBAR SPINAL CANAL STENOSIS.

Hi Tom,

Usually abdominal pain and inguinal discomfort, flexion/distraction is the Gold Standard for decompressing herniated or bulging discs. Find a DC that has this equipment and expect results in a week with full resolution of disc displacement in 6 weeks.
