WHICH MATTRESS BRAND AND MODEL IS BEST FOR LOWER BACK PAIN?
I personally would go with a Viscoelastic type mattress such as Temperpedic(sp?), but this can be very expensive. Look on E-bay for the same kind only generic to save thousands. Avoid a soft mattress since these are the worst for chronic low back pain. The gerneral rule is the firmer the better.
