Chiropractors/Magnetic energy

Question
Is it true that every cell in the body needs magnetic energy for its life and health?  The Creationist Science Museum claims that no cells can live without magnetic energy from the earth and that house wiring, and electrical devices lower our magnetic energy, thus lowering our immune system and allowing sickness to over take people with low enough immune system.
If so, why is it so little known or rejected my medical professionals?  Is magnetic energy good to use even for healthy people? for example in the Nikken Sleep System, that has a mattress pad and pillow along with far infra-red comforter.

Answer
Hello Mayf Nutter,

The body is a biochemical machine indeed.  Simply put the cells operate by ions (positively or negetively charged molecules ex. sodium Na+).  Magnetic energy may alter the body but to what degree? Obviously a MRI is a very high magnetic feild but has no known side effects on the body! For a more detailed explanation you may want to consult a master of physics.

Have a great day,
