hi
i have a tightened trapezius muscle thats been giving me grief
my doctor advised advil, but it isnt helping much
would a chiropractor be able to help me?

Hi Ammar,

A D.C. may or may not help, depends on the doctor. Most should be able to eliminate this issue, call one and ask if they do message and trigger point therapy. This will take care of it. Not sure why you were given ibuprofen, this is not a muscle relaxant so it won't work. Flexeril, Skelaxin or Relafin would be more appropriate.
