Question
"When i roll my head, i hear my neck cracking about 20 time in one roll.( like your knuckles cracking)and it only hurt a little. is that healthy?" And i'm 14 so dont use like huge terms.  bye for now   Jase

Answer
Hi Jase,

This is normal and healthy, "if you pop your knuckles you'll get arthritis" is an old wives tale. It was told because the noise would be disruptive in class so teachers used fear to instill compliance and keep classrooms quiet. In fact, the opposite is true, if you don't push a joint through its full normal range of motion you have a much higher risk of getting arthritis in that joint. So keep your neck moving Jase and if it makes alot of noise than that's good, just remember some people might tell you it's bad for you, don't believe it!
