Question
For the last month I have had clicking in my neck.  I think it all started working on my home computer (7+ hours a day) and not being comfortable as you would in an office.  I tried changing pillow and that did not help.  Can Chiropractic help me?

Thanks

Answer
Hello Aretta,

Yes, you may benefit from chiropractic treatment.  It sounds like you may have some chronic tension in the neck.  A doctor of chiropractic specializes in the joints of the spine and their biomechanics.  Clicking in the neck may be caused by tight muscles/tendon crossing over the joint or stemming from a joint misalignment (subluxation of the spine).  Treatment may consist of some myofascial work on the musculature surrounding the joint an then adjusting the affected joint.

Thank you for your question,
