Brendon,


. . . Stiffness, burning, tightness & tension in back of the neck
and upper shoulders & upper back areas.

. . . Hurts to turn the head 90 degrees.  

. . . Feels like sand rubbing against dry pebbels between the
joints & bones when I stretch my neck & back.

. . . Ringing ears (sometimes).

. . . Dull hearing often in one ear.

. . .Especially at bedtime, I feel a "buzzing-type" high energry
deep in the upper back & neck muscles.  When I relax, the
energy gets softer.

. . .Hands and feet usually cold.

. . .Limbs will soon become "numb" after being in one position
for too long.  

. . .Spine feels weakened & always tired.

Hello Deja,

    You may first want to have some blood test done just to make sure you have no infections etc.  If they are all normal then your symptoms may be joint, muscle, or diet related.  You may want to schedule appointments with your medical doctor and a doctor of chiropractic to ensure everything is checked out.
