Question
My Lower back is constantly going out,a pop, especially standing,at times the the lower lumbar slips, the tail bone, easily, towards the belly,I seem to have permanent right foot asleep feelings ,i  can pop it back by sitting in a chair and sitting upright, and it pops back in,i am exercising and taking glycosimine,I'm icing it alot  ...it seems to decrease the pain by half any other suggestions would be appreciated

Answer
Hello Christopher,

You may want to see a doctor of chiropractic to determine exactly what is causing the numbness in the right foot.  Also a chiropractor will adjust your spine in the correct position helping the vertebrea stay in place, then a strengthening program can focus on the specific spot to the spine in place.  Doctor's of chiropractic will have a higher quality of glucosamine that is not sold to the public, you may see better results!

Keep icing and exercising,
