I have true Sciatica. Is this treatable without surgery?
Hello Craig,
Have a MRI performed to determine the cause of impingement on the sciatic nerve, this will determine wether chiropractic care will help. Sometimes simple muscle spasms cause sciatica among many others! So a correct diagnosis will determine your treatment and recovery.
