Question
I have had a sore neck for many months. I went to the doctor and he told me i most likely have a strained muscle. It is getting to be ridiculous with the pain i have every day. Would seeing a Chiropractor help? Is there anything i can do on my own to help the pain?

Answer
Hello Amanda,

Stretching and using ice/heat may help with the neck pain.  Depending on the type of injury there are many biomechanical problems that could be causing your pain.  Going to see a doctor of chiropractic for at least an exam will determine the cause of the pain and if treatment will help!

Have a great day,
