Dear sir,

I have been adviced by one of doctor that i have to consult with Chiropractic to adjustment of a resetting of the bones in the spine.

becaouse im facing pain since 2001 continous pain in my left side shoulder, left arm, left side below should, countinous headech, and like my left arm is going to sleep, also when im driving my left arm give pain and left side of the neck also give pain, im feeling that im too weak, ill.,

would appreciate if you please advice me that the chiropractic adjustments will be through excersise or through surgery, and if excersise, please give me some suggetions to follow.

Hello Zafar,

   Yes, Chiropractic may be beneficial to you.  You do need a chiropractic exam to tell exactly what is wrong and where.  Once this is done then a correct treatment plan and exercise regimen can be set forth.  You may want to see a doctor of chiropractic who specializes in sports injuries or soft tissue work.  This is important when dealing with the shoulder to restore proper biomechanics!
