Question
when I visit a chiropractor how long in minutes will my session be?

Answer
Shirley,

Thank you for your question. The length of time that a chiropractic visit will take depends entirely on the nature of your problem and the treatment approach of the chiropractor. In general, the first visit should be the most comprehensive, and should include a patient history, physical examination, and explanation of diagnosis and treatment plan. Therefore, the first visit is generally the longest.

Subsequent visits should focus on monitoring patient response to treatment, and making adjustments to the treatment plan, if necessary.

I hope that this helps to answer your question.
