QuestionI posed a question the other day that I have been suffering with a sore neck and shoulder on my left had side especially when I train with weights ,I also posted further info that when I put my arms out straight and parallel to the floor and then raise them to the ceiling without bending my elbows I got a very tight feeling kind restrictive feeling in my rib area and now after a few days of doing this the tight/restrictive feeling has more or less passed but when I do that movement I get an ever so slight feeling in my neck and shoulder, similar to what i get in the gym and also whn in a seated position my rips on my left hand side feel strange, theres no pain but it feels like I have an extra rib or the rib is out of place.I think this has been like this quite a while,any ideas on what this is?

Glad to hear that you are getting better! It sounds like the rib may be "subluxated" or out of position giving you discomfort. I can't say that for sure without actually examining you. It is a good idea to have a chiropractor to look at it. If it is the rib out of place, the chiropractor should be able adjust it.
