Question
Will this table help  or assist in back pain. I was told that decompression will be beneficial to back pain. That is herniated disc. Your thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks and take care

Answer
First, I would like to apologize for my tardiness in answering.  There was a death in our family and I have been away from the computer.
An inversion table can be a wonderful tool, whether there is a herniation or not.  We are constantly compressed during the day, and during the night, the spine naturally decompresses.  If you use an inversion table, you are helping the body with it's normal "routine."
