Chiropractors/labral tear in hip

Question
I had surgery for a labral tear in my right hip 3 weeks ago.I started therapy a week and a half ago and I thought I was progressing well, but ever since my last session on Monday(today is Friday)the pain has gotten worse and today I have the sharpest pain in the groin/front area when ever I try to walk. I have not done anything extreme and only have done what the doctor and therapist ask. Is this normal (hopefully) or is there the possibility that it is still torn. My Surgeon was Dr. Bharam a fellow of Dr. Phillipon.

Answer
Hello Peter,

This is something you want to bring up with your surgeon immediately, often during rehab subtle injuries can occur.  Most often it is a process of healing but when there is severe pain you want to get in right away to determine the severity!  Don't wait schedule a apt. often people wait to long.

Have a great day,
