Answer
Hello Rachel,

Pain when sitting is usually a sign of disc inflammation or injury.  You may to see a doctor of Chiropractic, they specialize in the biomechanics of the spine and all joints in the body.  Soft tissue work around the injured joint and adjustments may provide great relief for you.

Have a great day,
