dec 19th 2008 will be 2 years since my road traffic accident how much longer will i feel this dull aching pain in my right hand broken side off impact it as left me feeling distressed and  confused and in pain since taking amirtryptavil and gabapentin in the last 9 months.please help i dont know how much more pain i can take. yours sincerely Tony

It sounds like you may be having symptoms from severe trauma (Car accident).  It is hard to tell how severe your injuries are without seeing you in person.  I would suggest that you see an upper cervical specialist in your area to at least determine if there is a nervous system problem that may be corrected.  Since the nervous system controls and coordinates all cells of the body, it just makes sense to start there and be sure that your body is functioning normally as it tries to heal up.  Go to www.upcspine.com and look under practitioners in your area.  If you are having trouble locating a doctor there, contact me again for further assistance.
