Question
can chiropractors help muscle problems in my back? muscle relaxers do not help at all

Answer
Hello Mary,

Yes, Chiropractors have extensive training and knowledge of the musculature around the spine and the body.  You may want to find a doctor of chiropractic who specializes in soft tissue/sports injuries.  Working on the adhesions within or between the muscles will help with the adjustments for the spine.

Thanks for the question,
