Question
Last night, as I was going to bed, I noticed a little pain in my neck when turning to the left. Then this morning, I woke up, and I can barely turn my neck, any reason for this?
Neck pain and stiffness can have any number of causes. If you don't have a chiropractor, I would suggest seeing one. A good chiropractor will take an xray as well as do a thorough exam to see the cause and help you on the way with the proper treatment.
