Answer
Hello Lisa,

X-ray of the cervical spine would help, it would allow you to see how much/little degeneration has occurred in the joints that were injured.  You may want to consider seeing a doctor of chiropractic to determine exactly the cause of your condition.  Myofascial (muscle)work and adjustments can help restore range of motion and flexibility.

Have a great day!
