Chiropractors/Back popping sound

Question
I have been experiencing a loud popping sound in my lower back with every step I make while walking. There really isnt much pain yet but I am worried that there will be pain soon from the rubbing.  Any ideas?

Answer
Hello Christina,

You may want to see a doctor of Chiropractic.  They will be able to adjust (move) your spine/lower back into proper position/ alignment to keep the joint from slipping out of place.  Also they will be able to give you exercises to strengthen the joints and low back.

Have a great day,
