Chiropractors/spine popping

Question
for quite some time now my spine makes a clicking noise very often when i make any kind of movement .  i am usually more aware of this in bed when i turn over or even if i move my leg to change position.,but it can happen at any time on twisting, turning, lifting my knee or bending down.   this sensation is not painful but more disconcerting as it is not appearing to improve  .I do regular yoga practice but this does not seem to have any effect .  Is there anything you can suggest?

Answer
Our bodies are amazing items; when something is "stuck" 9 times out of 10 our body can fix it.  Chances are, this is what you are hearing/feeling.  If it were painful, I would be more concerned.  You may want to have the spine checked, but it sounds fairly normal to me.

I should add, that, if you have an underlying diseases, it can also cause "noise"....you may want to see you family physician to rule this out.
