Chiropractors/Getting treatment

Question
Someone told me it's good to go to a chiropractor, whether you are having any problems or not.  They are just beneficial.

In your opinion, is that true?

Thanks in advance.

Answer
Hello Sallie,

Yes that is true!  Everyone has areas of biomechanical stress wether it's in the spine or another joint in the body.  Many patients find it beneficial to have treatments once a week to once a month depending on their condition.  People that are generally inactive may only come a couple times per year (usually due to pain).  Just like a car your body needs "tune-ups" to maintain optimal performance and function.

Have a great day,
