Question
I have this twitching on my thumb on my right hand for the past few days, ive also feel there is a strain on the right side of my neck/back of my head I have no pain in this area but it feels kinda numb, any ideas what this is?

Hmmmm...from what you described it could be a nerve impingement at the neck area affecting the hand/thumb. It can resolve itself over time but if it persists without getting better, I would suggest to visit a chiropractor office to have it check out.
