Chiropractors/wrist tendonitis

Question
I've been struggling with tendonitis in my wrist(s) for almost a year. I spend a lot of time at the keyboard and have incorporated wrist supports, but that hasn't taken the pain away. I've also tried: icing/ heating; rest; braces; anti-inflammatories; massage; ultrasound; and electro-therapy. It's better than it was at its worst, but not anywhere near normal. I can't even lift fairly light things. Any suggestions short of surgery? (Note: I live in Bulgaria, where medical expertise is harder to come by.)

Thanks for your help.

Answer
We have had excellent success with adjusting the wrist, and using low level laser therapy.  A chiropractor should be able to asses if you have a misalingment problem, and if the problem extends to the elbow, shoulder, or even is emanating from the neck
