Choosing Alternative Therapies/Vitamins and supplements

Hello,

I am taking a variety of vitamin supplements currently to help aid my issues of unintentional weight-loss and GI complaints.  

*Whole Foods multi-vitamin (1 daily)
*B-Complex (2/day)
*Probiotic (3/day)
*Digestive Enzyme (going to start soon)

Can you give me any feedback on this?  Thank you very much,

HI Evan:

It is difficult for me to comment on your question as many things can cause "unintentional weight loss." One thing you might investigate is something called leaky gut syndrome that may be contributing to your GI problems.

You should look for a good naturopath, clinical nutritionist or chiropractor who works with nutrition to help guide you.
