Question
I KNOW I have perimenapause....what can I do about the mood swings and the belly fat that has occurred in the last year???  I eat the same and even when I eat less, I am still gaining!

Answer
I'd like you to get the Hormone Revolution by Susan Lark, MD -- an excellent resource that prepares women for natural remedies, and also offers sound drug advice, to travel through the many stages of a woman's hormonal lifespan.  She specially addresses natural supplements, diet, and exercise routines for mood swings and belly fat.  It's too much to put here -- but get the book and follow the program

Meg Jordan, PhD, RN  -- You can beat this.
