Choosing Alternative Therapies/Vibrational energy medicine/therapy for ptsd

Question
Hi I have been advised to look into vibrational energy treatment for my severe body responses to ptsd. A nurse suggested that unblocking some of the energy blocks will help me move faster in therapy. Could you explain what vibrational energy therapy is and how it works with body memories and blocks? How does the energy release? Is it dangerous or traumatic? Thanks

Answer
Not sure which you are talking about -- there are many energy treatments.  One type of vibrational treatment is mainly for fitness conditioning. Another type is vastly different and involves tapping along meridian pathways.  That one has a lot of anecdotal evidence to support its effectiveness in releasing limiting beliefs and cognitive patterns that are troubling.  There is a lot of new attention on PTSD treatment finally, and you should benefit from some successful methods.  Be sure to check out EFT  -- you can learn it online, or ask a behavioral health RN to teach you.
