Hi, I have a boy and a girl to a previous relationship and my husband has a boy to a previous relationship.  We would really like to have a baby together and have our hearts set on a baby girl.  What kind of foods and drinks do you suggest may swing the gender of the baby to a girl.  I currently have my period, it began yesterday 2nd December and will be trying when I next am fertile.  I have been charting my cycles and am aware that its best to have sex before ovulation to try and conceive a girl, but I would like to make our chances better by eating the right foods too.  I'd aprpeciate your suggestions.

Hi Sarah,

Thank you for your question. In view of the fact that you want to try for a little girl, there are a number of things that come to mind. You need to actually chart your ovulation, you need to make sure you eat from the " girl diet" foods and a list of things that is in the Baby Gender Book. I used to give all the advice here, but people just take advantage and I was getting repeat emails 5 or 6 times.so I am please going to send you directly to my website for info.
