Hi

I am 24 years old and i have 28 months baby girl and i was planning to start trying to get pregnant from this month. my period start on the 27th of november and finished on the 2nd of december. i just want it to know when is my evalauation date and when do i have to start eating some kind of food that help to have a baby boy?

If you would like to try for a baby boy. My advice is to start taking your temperature every day, before you get out of bed. On ovulation day, usually 14 day's from first day of period, is the best time to try for a boy. Do not try before this time, as female sperm live for a few days,and when you ovulate, they could be there, ready to fertilise the egg.
