QUESTION: what foods do the male and female have to eat to concieve a girl?? and is it true that to get a girl you have to have sex alot 3-4 days before ovulation?? have sex 2-3 days or 3-4 days before ovulation???

Thank you for your question.

In order to conceive a little girl, it's best to have sex about 3 days, before ovulation. The reason is that this allows the faster male sperm to die of, the female sperm are slower swimmers, but live longer, so once ovulation occurs, the female sperm are waiting to fertilize the egg.

If you want a baby GIRL, both parents should eat
ACIDIC food like the ones suggested below:

apricot   - lentil - lamb   - marinade - pineapple
mustard - peanut - nutmeg - asparagus - orange
aubergine - grapefruit - oats - peach - beet -
plum - wheat - radish - beef - rhubarb - coffee
soja - cinnamon   - tomato - chocolate - salmon -
lemon - sugar - spinach   - tea - seafood   - tuna
kiwi - veal - vinegar - yogurt.

Oops, it should have read, only the mother to be should eat the acid foods. The reason for this is, that we are trying to get the mother's ph into a more acidic state, which favors a female sperm. The dad to be, does not need to follow any specific diet, as we are only concerned with sperm count, and timing of sex.

You should eat from the acidic foods listed above for about 4 weeks prior to conception.
