Hello, I am currently attending a Community College and i am getting closer and closer to receiving my A. A. I would like to transfer to a University but i was hoping to find out if there are any schools around the country specifically known for their Sociology or Social Sciences programs.

There are very few schools that do not offer a good social science program.  These would be schools that focus more on engineering and the sciences or business.  A few schools you might want to consider with very well known sociology major programs:

University of Arizona
University of Iowa
Denison Universty
College of Wooster
Syracuse University
University of Montana
Oberlin College
