Choosing the Right College/so many credits

Question
By the time I graduated after changing my major a dozen times, I had amassed enough credits for two degrees- just not the right ones.  I finally graduated with a major in secondary ed and a minor in poly sci.  I have a ton of credits out there and was wondering if I could use them to get a jump start on another bachelor's degree.  Can you only do this from the college I took the classes at or can I transfer just the "un-used" credits?  Is it like a bank?  I am currently 36 credits into a Master's program.  I just thought I could use yet another degree... kind of like a collector :-).

Answer
Every college is different in their policy about extra credits and whether they can apply to another bachelor degree or a masters's.  If there are some particular schools that interest you, you should contact the registrar and discuss your ideas with them.
