Question
Hi I am a high school student with mostly A's and I was wondering about foreign language requirements for good but not ivy league colleges. I have taken Spanish 1 and 2 in seventh and eight grade and Spanish 3 in ninth grade (high school) should I take another year in high school or does middle school count too.

Middle school foreign language does not count toward your high school credits. You should probably take another year of Spanish or start a new language and take three years of it. Foreign language is becoming more important in terms of college admissions.
