AnswerFaisal,
Probably what you need to look for is a grad assistantship, which would provide you with a tuition benefit and a living allowance, in exchange for some teaching on your part.
Before shopping for one of these, you probably need to decide in what area you would like to study further; math, or math education, or someother area. Then you can make initial contact with colleges and universities to see if they have the riht programs and assistantship opportunities. You'll probably have better luck starting with larger universities. In my part of the world that would include the University of Buffalo, University of Rochester, Syracuse University, SUNY Binghamton.
If your previous academic work and teaching has not been in English, you ought to take the TOEFL exam. Very possibly one or more prospective grad schools will want it.
I hope this helps. Best wishes to you.
