i am a student from Nepal completed my high school.
i want to go to the united states for my Under graduation in aeronautical engineering. what type of university or college should i select. can i go to state university or i have to apply in private universities. can i get scholarship for my study with my SAT I marks or i have to do SAT II. Please suggest me some of the university that offer aeronautical engineering and provides scholarship to students with SAT I score.

Your chances for a scholarship will be better at a private university because they have more money to help international students, but more public universities offer aeronautical engineering as a major. Some schools you might consider would be:
