Choosing the Right College/Core Curriculum

Question
What universities have little or no core curriculum?

Answer
The best-known university with no required core curriculum is Brown, an Ivy-League college in Providence, Rhode Island.  Most colleges have either one year or two years of required core classes.  The large state schools mostly required two years of core classes, but you have many choices.  They typically will say to take one History class, one Art class, one Science class, etc.
