Is choosing an Art College right for me? I love art and design and film and theatre, but I and also a very good student (4.5 GPA, CSF, National Honors Society etc.)and should probably go to a more highly accredited type of school (like a University). I live in California, so I am right near the industry I am looking into going into (anything in movies). I still don't really know what I want to do in life for sure, and I'm afraid that if I choose an Art College, that I won't be taken as seriously by other people. Any Suggestions?

From what you have emailed, I think a college or university would be a better choice for you than an art school.  There are a number of schools in California that offer programs that would probably suit your interests, but also give you more of a broad based education.
