What universities have combined pre-medical and medical school programs?

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for, but if you mean where can you start college and stay right through med school - check out any med school with an undergrad college attached to it (and many have this): Ohio State, Univ of Rochester, Univ of Buffalo as examples. Keep in mind that most places will require you to apply to the med school, same as everyone else, even though you may already be there.

There are a few schools with articulated med school arrangements; check out Canisius College and Univ of Buffalo med school for example. St. Bonaventure Univ has an arrangement with Geo Washington Univ Med School that admits you to the med school and to SBU as a senior in high school.

Chances are that a med school in your state has a UB-Canisius type arrangement in place with an undergrad college. You'll need to poke around on Web sites to find it.
