I am 22 years old and i live in India.I have completed my M.A. with English and now I want to gain Phd degree in US or UK.But i dont know where should i go and apply.I am a beginner in the use of internet and dont have any idea of how to fullfill my dreams.I am also planning to teach in UK or US.You are my last hope please help me

You need to find someone who can give you some beginning instruction in using the internet.  If you want to get your Phd. is English, go to the google search engine and type in "colleges with doctorate in English."  Add US for schools in the United States and UK for England.  This will give you a start.  All schools will have a website and an online application that you can fill out.  Read the directions carefully and pay attention to the deadlines.
