Question I was wondering what's the diffrence between business school and undergrad colleges that have business majors? Is college better than business school? or Is college more difficult to get in? Are business schools better in landing you a job some day or do you learn more in business school than colleges?
thanks your for your time
Answer Yordanos,
Thank you for the question. When people talk about a business school they are generally referring either to an undergraduate school of business or a graduate school. For your purposes it doesn't matter what it is called, you are looking for an undergraduate business education.
For instance, Harvard Business School is for graduate level work only. Wharton of the University of Pennsylvania on the other hand has both undergraduate and graduate programs. But if you are going to Wharton you would be in the undergraduate program. So they are basically the same thing. It doesn't matter which type of program you attend.
Go to the best undergraduate business program you can, regardless of what it is called, and you will be fine.
