     if i do my bechelor of science in business admistration can i later on upgrade masters degree in business adminstration of hospitality and tourism

It depends on the college.  Most colleges that offer a masters in business administration will accept undergraduate students with any major, as long as they have had the appropriate classes.  Students with larger numbers of appropriate classes get accepted more easily into grad school.  Many colleges prefer students to have several years of work experience before applying to an MBA program.
