Question
would u introduce me some university in Washington and Lyon?

I do not work with students looking to attend college in France so I do not know of the universities in Lyon.
There is Washington DC, the capital of the US and also the state of Washington which is on the other side of the country. Either way, you can look at the College Navigator website for universities in either Washington. That address is http://nces.ed.gov/collegenavigator/
This is the website of the US Department of Education and allows you to search for universities by location as well as other criteria such as different majors, the number of students accepted and average test scores.
