Choosing the Right College/I need an advice

Question
Hello, I am an international student from Japan.
I have lived in the US since 8th grade, and I am a senior now.
I have
GPA 3.4 (unweighted)
SAT Reading: 460
SAT Math: 670
SAT Writing: 540
TOEFL: 93
Can you tell me what college(around PA) should I apply to?
I really like Lehigh but do you think it worth to try with my status?

I think your reading score is going to concern a lot of colleges.  I would suggest you take the SAT again in November or December and try to improve it.  I do have an excellent online course for the SAT if you are interested.  Go to http://eprep.com/partner/14200 if you want to try it out.  I doubt that Lehigh would accept you.  You can try
Ursinus, Temple, Widener or Allegheny as other possibilities.
